• 1 teaspoon of white pepper 

 

Steps you need to follow:

• First up, mix garlic, red onion, white pepper and salt in a mortar or mixer. 

• Then, mix the spice-mixture with the tapioca flour, eggs, and minced meat. 

• After that, use your finger to mix them all. Add a cup of water and keep on working until the mixture is well-combined and becomes soft and smooth.

• Next, boil some water in a rather large pot, at least about 2 liters.

• Then, start rolling the mixture into small meatballs. 

• Finally, add the meatballs to the water. Wait until they float up to the surface. Then, they are ready to serve.

• One and a half cups all purpose flour.

• A quarter teaspoon baking powder.

• A quarter teaspoon vanilla extract

Steps:

• Combine flour and baking powder, set aside. 

• Beat eggs, sugar and vanilla extract in a mixing bowl until light coloured.  

• Stir in the flour and baking powder mixture. 

• Drop the batter by teaspoonfuls about two inches apart into a greased and floured baking sheet. Set aside at room temperature for six hours. 

• Bake at 350 degrees Fahrenheit for six minutes. 

• Remove from baking sheets to a wire rack to cool.
